Refund & Cancellation

1. Stall Booking Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your participation. Our cancellation policy is strictly time-based relative to the event start date:

• 60+ Days Before Event: 50% refund of the base amount. (GST is non-refundable).
• 30 to 59 Days Before Event: 25% refund of the base amount.
• Less than 30 Days Before Event: Strict No Refund policy. 100% of the booking amount is forfeited.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers

If Bangalore Trade Expo is forced to cancel or postpone an exhibition due to Acts of God, government directives, natural disasters, or other Force Majeure events, exhibitors will not be entitled to a cash refund. Instead, the booking amount will be held as a credit note and automatically transferred to the rescheduled dates or a future event organized by us.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days and credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI) used during the Razorpay transaction.
