1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for an event, or booking a stall, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Stall Booking & Allocation

Stall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% full payment, including applicable GST. Bangalore Trade Expo reserves the right to modify the floor plan, re-allocate stall numbers, or alter dimensions slightly due to venue constraints or safety regulations.

3. Exhibitor Obligations

• Exhibitors must not sublet, share, or assign their allocated space to third parties without prior written consent from the organizers.
• All stall fabrication must comply with the venue's safety and fire regulations.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the security and insurance of their own goods, displays, and equipment.

4. Code of Conduct

Visitors and exhibitors are expected to maintain professional decorum at all times. The organizers reserve the right to evict any individual displaying disruptive behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance with venue rules without any refund.
